Add that spawn from a cloaked figure were mezzable (at lvl 70) so can kill at leisure and just focus on the main one when it spawns. Fairly easy fight, didn't even hit that hard. Once you down this guy the rest despawn.
These NPC spawn on 4 sides of a circle about 200 yards away from hail point of Cloaked figure.
They will continue to pop in the same spots until theif is killed.
So suggest pulling cloaked figure, not hailing then pulling.

drops Crest of Rizlona, for bard epic. Part of the tradeskill combine to make the prism.
Epic pieces Note from Metala (pic) and Crest of Rizlona are dropped by a shadow thief iirc. This malignant shadow is just an intermediate mob you need to kill to get to the shadow thief.
