No physical tome appears in your inventory, but you are now able to zone in BOT.
(However, Talisman of Thunderous Foyer does not appear on /keyring)

Gives quest to obtain 3 pieces of ancient lore if you have Karana flag.

Seems to be the quest NPC for bypassing BoT key if you have Agnarr completed.
