This is a list of Heritage Quests, sorted by level. These quests are all heroic or epic in nature and are more difficult to complete than normal quests. The rewards are legacy items from EverQuest. Quest series that reward items that are unique to EverQuest II are called Signature Quests.
[1] The quests An Axe from the Past and Stiletto's Orders Intercepted have steps in common and should, if possible, be done together.
[2] The quests Hadden's Earring, Restoring Ghoulbane and A Missing Mask have steps in common and should, if possible, be done together.
[3] The quests Training is a Shield and The Rescue of the Green Hoods have steps in common and should, if possible, be done together.
[4] If you have completed Berik's Revenge and possess Berik, Sword of Thunder you can combine the 2 swords into the Electrified Bone Bladed Claymore
[5] Ghoulbane Empowered is a Sub-quest of The Symbol in the Flesh and is not counted as a Heritage Quest.
[6] This quest behaves like a Signature Quest series. There are 12 quests in the Cloak of Flames Quest Series starting with the Collection quest An Old Memoir. Also note that only the final quest in the series counts towards the Suffix Titles.
[7] The Reaching Blade of the Assassin and The Teachings of Yoru share mobs in the same zone and can be completed together at times.
[8] This quest is part of a great series of quests which starts with Mysterious Mark
[9] This quest is part of a great series of quests which starts with Ritsy Delivery
[10] The quests A Strange Black Rock and Stiletto's Orders Intercepted have steps in common and should, if possible, be done together.
[11] The Coldain Insignia Ring series is a chain of 10 heritage quests, each with their own reward improving on the last.
[12] The quest What Dreams May Come is the first and only tradeskill Heritage Quest.
[13] Zladicar's Heart heritage quest is a series of three quests and has rewards for every class.
[14] The Bloody Shank heritage quest is a series of three quests and has rewards for every class.
When a Heritage Quest reward is examined you are given the choice to mount it. This turns it into a House Item. If you examine the House Item you are given the choice to unmount it. You must unmount it if you wish to use it or to sell it.
If you've sold, lost, mounted or used your Heritage Quest reward in a quest, you can purchase a replacement from Shady Swashbuckler XVIII on the docks in Nektulos Forest.
There are suffix titles that may be won by completing Heritage Quests. To receive the title, speak to Indis Surion in The Concordium Tower in Qeynos Capitol District (South Qeynos) (yellow portal), Navarius Orvalis in The Academy of Arcane Science in The City of Freeport (North), or Piritta Silvarri in Kelethin after completing the required number of Heritage Quests.
