Talk with Celestine in Eltnen at Mystic Spring once you have reached at least Level 22. Description Level 22 Plant Poison Antidote Hunt the Queen Vespine and some Mud Ribbits, collect the materials for the antidote and bring them to Seora. Vespine Poison Stinger Purple Membrane (3) A man in Agairon Village has fallen ill. Collect the materials for an antidote and bring them to Celestine. Basic Reward XP † 8,800  Greater Healing Potion (5) (PW/AA)

Quest Notes

Queen Vespine actually has several spawn locations throughout Manduri Forest. Look for the large stumps with the glowing yellow-green honeycomb inside. remember, she will not assist the normal Vespines, and they will not assist one another, but they will come to her defense, so clear the normal mobs first!

For the Mud Ribbits you need to go to Verteron, to the Contaminated Swamp.
