Overlook Bridge (WAR History and Lore)  

For this unlock, you can either twist your way through the tunnels of the underground Port of Barak Varr (Order entrance at 47k/33k, Destruction entrance at 59k/30k) and cross the bridge from there or you can take a swim in the harbor and obtain the unlock by approaching the bridge from underneath at 46k/25k.
