Man Bane (WAR History and Lore)  

Located just southwest of Thanuil's Retreat, find the approximate coordinates 33k/43k. You should see a low white wall with two Hoeth Guardians standing nearby.

This wall sits at the base of a ridge of rock which you will scale, traveling vaguely northwest. It may take some creative running to make it up the ridge, but it will level into a grassy patch with a small copse of trees, under which are growing Lathranoi Flowers.

Interacting with the flowers will grant you the tome unlock.
