Get 5 Shiny Crystal Balls (Ggl) from Fishmouth Stone Crabs and take them to Niko Passerat in the Muttering Forest.

You find a Forest Skeleton clutching a very finely wrought compass. It would seem that this is the remains of Niko Passarat (Ggl) but you need to be sure!
