This quest is unlocked when you reach level 25 Description Level 25 Following Through Meet Kvasir and choose a mission Talk to Garm. Enter the Underground Arena and emerge victorious. Kill 10 of the Elyos spirits in the cages within 4 minutes. Talk to Garm. Talk to Aegir in Morheim. Basic Reward XP † 10,000  [Manastone] Maximum Flight Time +4

Quest Notes

This is no longer a Choice quest. You fight in the Arena beneath the Colliseum. That is all.

The cage to the left contains Warrior spirits, the cage to the right has Mages. The final cell at the back has 2 of each. As soon as you kill the tenth spirit you are done and the rest flee.

The spirits are very weak but they hit hard. One hit should kill each, so tab-target and use your quickest, most basic attack. Be sure to check your health and wards between each cell.
