You can put your skill point into two categories for fist weapons: Damage and Healing. Putting points in Damage gives you the Follow Up skill and improves it. Putting the points in Healing gives you the Warmth skill and improves it.

Follow Up: Increases damage and healing done by your Savage Sweep and Feral Regrowth by "x"%.

Warmth: Your Fist healing abilities cause the target to receive "x"% additional healing from all sources. This effect can stack up to 5 times.
