i was runing thru east sabatru(i'm cant spell it) going to windy when i saw a monk. he was resting and i gave him a cure protect and shell. and on my way to windy we started talking. he complaind about how he hates the down time hes getting. so being the nice person that i am, i said to him "well your a monk, they should be useing H2H weppons (at lest wile pting)" he said he spent all his gil on this staff and couldnt afford it. so i bought him some brass knuckles and he gave me the poll.
i couldnt accept it. especialy from somone who was just starting out w/o a sub job so i let him keep it and /befriend him.

he was as high is me and changed his job in my honer (redmage 48). i was tuched and he just camped the valk 3 times and got 2 drops and sent me one. i tryed to send it back but he just kept sening it to me.

---------------------------- It's On Like Donky Kong!!!
I used this staff for the lower levels of the mages and it worked exceptionaly well. Sure there is a long delay but mages should be casting spells anyways...
yield means how maney u make with the synth u can make arows that yield from 33, 66, and even 99 but wepons and shilds yeald one (when u cynth u only make one)
if it is the definition "Yield" is old english for having or holding but in this case is how many items the recipe holds or produces as the other anonymous dude said
How can you make it with a wind crystal and 2 ash lumber? But that is the same as an ash pole....?!?!?!?!? And what in the heck does yield mean>?????????
I love it. The guy who can't spell idiot calling someone else an idiot.
"Yield" is how many items the recipe produces. In this case, you only get one. The recipe is the same for an Ash Pole. The +1 stuff is random and rare. It just happens.
I don't have firsthand experience with this. I've just read that somewhere. Your crafting level may have something to do with it.
