so has anyone actually used this? whats the proc rate and damage reduction? does it act like a normal buckler or does it have similar traits to aegis? (ex: looks like size 1, procs like size 1, but blocks like size 2/3/4)
figuring its probably just like a normal buckler, but wondering all the same.
