| I was told Scarflank drops this very rarely. I camped him TWELVE hours yesterday and no cloak dropped, and another 5 - 6 hours today and still no cloak. His common drop is a 4ac 10hp no drop collar. Rare drop is a 7ac 5str 2sta 50hp 4svALL no drop collar, and once I got a caster necklace with some w | ||||

| heehe lvl 60 Main tanks with 3K hit points unbuffed? I must be doing ok then cause this earring will get me over 5K hit points unbuffed... thats almost 7K Hps fully buffed... that = a few more seconds for me to get that complete heal when fighting an Uber mob somewhere that drops great caster loot f | ||||

| My Warrior currently wields Ceti LS in off-hand. This would be almost, but not quite as good as Centi for dmg/dly, but I'm not quite sure how good the +5% would be for me. | 4k hps unbuffed for a warrior is not so hard to reach with a good quild that does HoT in ToV plus doing a few other + hps quests. 5k hps unbuffed is much harder to reach and would involve a very good guild ie..one that is of lvl ie mostly all lvl 60s and can do NTov and can work well together | ||||

| On the surface... no, I would not. Looking a lil more into it... probably still no. Reason is this, least for me. Ratio is king offhand. Centi has a ratio of less than two, which is a far sight better than 2.3. That difference in ratio would mean less damage. Where it gets complicated is i | ||||

| Yes. It is very possible to do the quest again, and receive the previouse item. This is done often with the ring and shawl quests. I have done it with my Tunare symbol as well as my brell symbols. The tunare gives you manaless root, and the previouse ones give you a poison disease buff. The | ||||
