| They are good. Im a 39 war..and i still have a bronze bp..now that is laughable. I have crafted and rygorr everything else. Just the BP is the tough one to find..hard to get anything really affordable. But at lvl 60 i would hope you would have some kind of cobalt..if there is a shoulder slot cobalt | ||||

| Cobalt is hard hard hard to get. I'm not sure if any "normal" player has more than one or two pieces if they're lucky (there's always exceptions of course). Anyhow, at level 45 I still wear these things. They do have good AC, though I hope when I upgrade I'll find something with some more stats... | ||||
