| The best thing about this spell is that it is a fast cast spell. The lvl 44 spell is really only useful for extended downtime when you can wait the 24 seconds for the spell to run its course, or to cast just before engaging a mob. | kk i finished this quest today also , heres a little more info to help out. talk to millius darkwater to receive quest, then go to the dulok harbor and kill crew members on one of the large boats at the dock, i got the darkwater emblem in just a few kills. I had a lvl 47 war with me i'm 51 cleric. | ||||
