| While the damage done by the effect is pretty nice, rain effects in general are pretty bad. They only hit 4 targets max, and the rate at which they hit is pretty weird. If you have 1 target, you get 3 waves of damage. If you have 2 targets, you get 2 waves for each target. If you have 3 targets | ||||

| its not a gm event its a quest related war in jaggedpine you kill the head gnoll guy in jaggedpine and turn in head to start human gnoll war its 1 of the many results of the end of the war, helm is not the best result its more of the worse of the war | ||||

| These are currently going for 20k on the Innoruuk server. There are very few players who CAN make them and even fewer that are making them. ATM there's roughly 1 dozen on the server, and only 1 was not made by me (that I am yet aware of) These are really pretty awesome weapons. with the +4 mag | ||||

| If you have an escort who can drop the Emperor of Ssra, you can go to VT. The last time FoH dropped the Emp, it took them half an hour. VT isn't for the un-dedicated, or uninitiated. | ||||

| Robes have always (mostly) had visible graphics, however the Cloak of Frozen Flames is well, a cloak, and therefore lacking a graphic. Too bad too, I can only imagine what this cloak would look like trailing behind a character. | ||||

| It is not just Necros that need high hitpoints and regen, an enchanter gets beat on in a group situation more then the necro, the extra hps and that huge chunk od AC would be loved by any chanter. Wizards as well as Mages would probably find just as big a use for the thing as any other class. | ||||

| Here's a head scratcher for you. 15 second cast abolish poison. I heard (not sure) that Trakanon's poison takes 3 casts of that to cure. It also lasts 60 seconds and does 1200 dmg. So by the time you cured it the poison would have done at least 900 dmg already. If I'm wrong about the 3 cast th | ||||

| Yeah, let's all head on up to VT and farm fungi tunics for our Emperor raids! *eyeroll* 15 point regen = nothin. Anyone in Magister on my server wearing a fungi would be shamed out of EQ. The farmers of fungi tunics ain't the ones up in VT. | ||||

| Look around at the 60's on your server, and find the ones that are in the nasty areas like ST, VT, Ssra, etc. If you see big clumps of them consistantly there, that's a good clue. | ||||
