Yes any race can tinker in theory, and only gnomes can gain skill. Non gnomes however can make many og the minor items, such as animated bait, compass, collapsable fishing pole, and fireworks.

I concur - most people (by this I mean melee) carry multiple weapons, for different purposes, with them...this is more of a MUST use for specific purpose, and that's awesome.

If you do click the effet link it lists Vengeance as only adding 5 ATK to your skill. If you go to the FoH website you'll see the same name on itmes but they will tell you some are 5 some are 10 one is even 30! Just to let you know. |

This item is for pure casters who are level 60. Adding a Meditation percentage does nothing if you are at 252 Meditation. Since there are no pure casters with less than 252 Meditation, the Meditate +2% is utterly worthless. |

Its usefulness is very clear. It's a great rogue weapon for use when fighting Greater Akheva. Doesn't need to get anymore complicated than that.
