| It depends on how you look at the numbers, 20/21% shows about what the delay is changed too, where as 17/18% shows the actual speed gain, or atleast something along those lines I believe. | ||||

| AC matters to bards, *alot* These have higher AC. They also have AGI, which adds a little more AC. They even have stamina, which adds HP. Did I mention HP is the 2nd most important thing after AC? Charisma items are very common, legs with such good AC for the level they are attainable, are not. | ||||

| It is a very popular zone, and it is normally crowded. It hard to find a group if you are a tank and espacially if you are a tank lower than lvl 55. You pretty much need a full group. | God damn! I remeber when they took Rubicite out of the game a couple years ago. AC wise, they're not that great anymore. But they're a hell of a collector's item. I'd save them and wear them to guild meetings and social functions. | ||||
