| VI put the level limit on armor to limit Twinking although on this item I don't see how you would easily twink anyone with this. But I guess it is not impossible. | As an update i logged into eq to get the stats. Its Ac 4, Sta 2, Agi 1, Weight 0.2, magic item, lore item, no drop. Not too bad i would think. I had something slightly better in feet slot so i dont have it equipped. The other quest items probably have similar rewards stat wise so i did not bother. T | ||||

| ok, from what i know if your lower than the recomended lvl the stats tend to go down depending on your lvl on most items like that, but what about the triggered effect? i thought that like the velium weapons usually proced at like 20-25 or so, can ne one fill me in with some info?
