| This is going to sound a bit strange but...would anyone actualy take a level 1 character (say an Ogre warrior) and work their smithing up fast (easily done to about 135, I belive it gets a bit harder after that and a lot more expensive) and make themselves a suit of this for their twink? | Why the hell doesn't VI figure it out? People bust their ass to earn ability in any trade skill and VI doesn't make it worth the while to continue to have the skill with each expansion pack. | I did this quest last night. All pieces for the BP can be bought except for the Armadillo Carapace, which is No Drop. But, it drops off an armadillo in North Ro, and was blue to a level 4. The result is a Steel Warrior's Breastplate: 12 AC +2 Str +4 Sta +1 Dex +5 HP Human/Half-elf Warrior only | ||||

| You haven't seen the other new armors that verant added yet, I gather. The new human cultural is amazing, from what I have seen on EQTRADERS. The BRACER has 25 ac, and stats to boot. +30 hp and mana, among others. forget the rest. | ||||

| unfortunately you do not only need a smithing skill of 180 or so, you also need to be a 150+ tailor and a 180+ jeweler to make this. And I will make me one as soon as I can get my jewelry craft up, AC 32 is very nice for a shaman wearable breastplate that does not require a full scale raid to get. | ||||
