| Was fighting today near where the emissary pops and another group was fighting worms. The group fighting worms had a wipeout and not long after a message came up (cant remember exact words) but i checked track and The Insanity Crawler was showing. | It doesn't have Clarity 1, it has Flowing Thought 1, wish gives you one more point of mana regen, and it stacks with C1 or C2. Velious Quest leggings (all 3 types) have right-clickable C1 though. | ||||

| Oddly the files use a strange convention (well, actually the text fellows screwed this one up). Lowering yourself by 700 actually is raising yourself on the hatelist. Jolt, for example, has the following effect "Lowers you on the target's hate list by -500". So, lowering by a negative a | ||||
