| It is forged in Qeynos however. The new cultural armors done in Freeport are the Chain recipes. All Advanced Cultural Plate (at least for humans) is done in Qeynos. | ||||

| A high HIE (as in smoking something?) can do them but won't be able to wear the finished product. If you just want to make the stuff for the heck of it or help a human or half elf pally friend, go for it. If it's just for you then it's pretty much a waste of time. | ||||
