| How about because it is no drop but not lore? Picture three of these things (I know, expensive...) +30 STR WIS and INT and +150 to CHA... I don't know about you, but I could find that very useful on my chanter. | ||||

| Well, That's because this Breastplate is Part of the new Cultural smithing, specifically, Qeynos human smithing. Hence only Human and half elf wearable. And it is made using a imbued saphhire, hence "Hateful," in the title, Not wearable by paladins, and limited to followers of Innoruuk. Ma | ||||

| It makes you immune to the Screech of an owlbear. That is a DD/knockback/stun attack. As a 31st level warrior I might carry one of these in my pocket just in case. As a 58th level Troubador you could probably just sing the owlbears to sleep. | ||||

| Yes, Human Only. Iksars get Curscale. Maybe they will up the stats for that a bit to be more equal to this stuff | ||||
