There's really no point divvying up your bonus points being that there are so few to begin with. You'll have to dedicate a siginificant number to really get the maximum effect. That said, here's how I break it down based on my Bard:
STR - means diddly to the Bard. STR is easy to increase.

I dont know about other classes bind sight spells, but the bind sight song for bards has a limitless range...so it would work from the zone-in to trak ...
