| We do this slightly differently. 1 group NW, 1 group NE and rest of raid South. Kill south fast, raid moves from south to NW. Kill NW, raid moves to finish NE. If you did all the Gloomingdeep quests you should have some very nice gear that will serve you until you can start doing the Crescent Reach newbie stuff in the 20's.
