I got the Quest Behind Closed Doors from Kressrala in the area of the Guild Masters at lvl 10. The second door of th inn on the right in the city will get your skill up to 30. Ill keep coming back as I level and see if I can see if its progressive or not. |

That is the entrance in stoneroot, provided you have the invitation to use it.
It is a statue you click.
Most will have to use the Hive entrance first, which is the last hive on the left up on the living bridges, top floor of the hive, and looks like a yellow/tan thatch door.
