It is easy to train up Archery for a Ranger. Make or buy a few hundred arrows, find a blue MoB, Snare it, backpedal and fire arrows at it until it's dead or you're out of arrows.
This is bow kiting. It also gets a lot easier at 39 when you get SoW. |

Horrible, mind numbingly stupid idea.
Never memorize a lesser spell unless it is to deal with resists. More than damage goes up with new spell ranks, also a higher mana efficiancy is granted. 50+ is all about mana efficiency.

Root does NOT stick better on stunned mobs. It has absolutly no effect whatsoever. The only downside to using BoF is that it requires a little more intelligence. You have to scout ahead and get your timing off nicely.
The good thing about BoF compared to root, is that it sticks for quite a l |

First of all, full caster groups just arent efficient unless there is a bard and a enchanter, the mana cost is just soo high. But pets definatly help on that. The ping pong tactic isnt very usefull at higher levels just because its a pain to deal with ;).

Very good, mostly anyway.
A wizard truly is around to save a group's ass. The potential of a wizard is very great, with full mana a wizard can take out any mob his own level or lower(assuming no resistances) all the way til the 40's. But never have FM for long, if you are constantly FM then you |

#10 was more of a joke than anything. If you re-read my post you will see that I always inform the monks to /assist me. My main basis for the claim is the fact that a lot of the monks I have grouped with tend to overpull. This is ok at the lower levels but at 32 level mobs it can be deadly because |

I am going to rate this post higher just because its so important even if you are not soloing. After a tough fight chances are that the casters will be oom. You can reduce everyones down time if you bind up to 50%. By the time you are done the clerics/priests will have gotten enough mana back to fi |

In my opinion the money for warriors is so tight that I choose to skip a couple of the pieces. To save money the pieces I would go for are
1) The breastplate for the ac.
2)One Bracer for ac and try for a hero bracer for the other arm.
3)The boots because they are magic and have an agility |

I leveled my ranger from 10 to 20 in the Crushbone off of Gfay took no time at all. You can usaully find a group in there and raid the castle or if no luck you can solo with wide spawn selection of orcs. |

You can make bandages now witht the tailoring skill. Takes 2 spiderling silks to mka a silk thread and 2 silk threads to make a bandage i think. |

Its 2 spiderling silks combined to make the swatch. Then 2 swatches to make a bandage. The problem is even with a 35 in tailoring I still fail fairly often and they are trivial to me. Still there are an awefull lot of spiders in Everfrost so its something to consider. |

Put your points into Str and Agil.
I say this because all rangers lack in having a decent strength and the whole idea is to do some damage. Strength decides how much damage you will do.
Agility is used for your defensive abilities. Your ability to dodge and parry are decided by your Agility. |

One place that you can work on your bow skill is North Karana. The beetles there are SLOW. Even without SOW you can outrun them. If you have SOW or if you snare them, then you can out run them in reverse. The danger here is the various griffs. But SOW is faster than a griff.

While humans get no exp bonus, I believe that they do not lose as much exp as most other races. Since death is fairly inevitable in EQ, humans will level faster simply because they do not suffer the same penalty at death. I'm a gnome myself, but this is what I have been told by my human friends.
