| I also think defensive skill comes into play also when it comes to damage mitigation. I think plate class tanks also get an innate bonus to damage mitigation ... my 51 sk has about the same AC unbuffed as my ranger yet my sk even though 3 levels lower tends to do better tanking the same type of mobs | ||||

| Race does not matter when it comes to raising stamina. Granted you need more gear to get stamina higher but a DE or Gnome Warrior can get his STA to 200+ just like any Barbarian/Troll/Ogre warrior. | I went to Tenebrous Mountains at the Grimling Caves with my warrior from 31st to 37th with a druid and another warrior. Though at the lower 30's we died a few times but despite that they both gained 8 lvls and I being iksar with racial exp penalty only gained 6 lvls there with only 3hours of play fo | ||||

| Better yet fear kite rhinos in EW more exp per kill than anything I have encountered from 45 to 51st. Then head over to DSP from 51 53rd for Rockhoppers...of course get these guys in off hours cuz competition is fierce on Rockhoppers. | If you hunt Jagged Pine being in Wolf form is best way to solo there .... Wolf form makes you indifferent con to the other griffons wandering the zone, so you don't have to worry about adds. Usually a druid there if you dont have wolf form yet and im sure you can get them to wolf form you. | ||||

| With track south karana rocks for a ranger. You don't really have to worry about much compititon because most groups are hunting in the camp spots leaving large areas of open hunting open. Be carefull because the creatures here are all social. but the centuars drop arrows, which is nice and cuts | ||||

| Kundow, Personally I feel that there are no dramatic changes when you hit 40. You can still play the same role that you always have. Once you start edging toward 50 THEN you will see where the ranger has some distinct shortcoming(low hp's, low AC). At 40 you should be able to hold the raider room | ||||

| Try Garrisons Mighty Mana Shock which can be purchased in ShadowHaven (Luclin). Does about 144 damage and does not get resisted often. At least not from my experience. | ||||

| I obtained the full set of the ranger quest armor from Surefall Glade and recieved my peices of gnoll chain armor by just killing every type of gnoll in Blackburrow. I didnt notice drops occurring more frequently on any specific gnolls, but i did the quest right when the quest was first introduced | ||||

| 44 is a tough lvl.. there isnt to many great places for you to kite again til your about lvl 48 49 unless your int is very high.. if you can getyour int up a bit the spirocs are good xp in TD from them you can move on to CS wyrvens when your faction in that zone is better and at lvl 52ish or so its | ||||

| both a wizard and a magician are great classes.. fighting a mage tends to be a very hard task once they get ahold of you as a wiz.. i have only beat one outta two mages my lvl its a close fight.. for the most part its "easier" to win as a mage.. but if you know your char as a wiz well then | ||||
