I apologize for this rambling mess, it went off track, and is not the sort of thing this board is for. I will not comment on this thread further. |

I agree with Vykore, except all the bronze armor that drops in High Keep is size small. Which won't fit you my barbarian friend. The only exception is the helm that drops and it's size medium. I leveled in High Keep from 20 to 30 or so. I recommend it highly. Also, loot the bronze pieces, then |

Wah..wah poor little ranger. Too bad, you thought rangers were different? They are just like the rest. They don't want anyone to do better than them, and these guys show it. |

Maybe you are wrong, but then again maybe you are right...it sure looks like someone is a jerk in-game.
You think it took this guy to 51 to get his Ivy? Fool, he said 29.
You killed HG's to get money to buy a Wak? Why didn't you do the simple quest...I did, and I'm not a big tough animal-kille |

Vykore gave you some great advice on armor. If you are looking to buy your crafted you should also consider Ry'Gurr, Crustration and some of the new Luclin armors. These are all about the same ac as crafted.
As far as weapons go a number of good weapons have fallen out of favor. One such weapon |

Vindicare may be an idiot for even defending another ranger, but, man, he never even said anything about you, or your post other than the whole Ivy thing. It's great to see rangers attacking eachother. Keep it up! |

Took a look at your equipment... that is some pretty hard core twinking. I would suggest ditching your earrings and save them for tradeskills and replace them with Cougar Claw earrings. Some say that Rangers should treat AC like a caster would INT or a priest would regard WIS. And head slot, Rune |

Quite a string of negative feedback you got there Khirsanth. Amazing how the flames can spread like wildfire (no pun intended, heh). So instead of arguing and joinin in on this "Twink and PL" witch hunt, I'll offer you some advice.

Yes, I did get some help from people I met along the way and I have done quests. What I meant was that post 50 people don't want rangers anymore. They prefer monks or warriors or pallies before rangers. The only time people want a ranger is if they are looking for an Npc and I have kindly given out |

To increase the playability of your character THE single most important thing.... is to learn what you can and cannot do as a warrior :)
You can have all the ac/HPs/stats/saves you want but if you don't know your role in a group/raid not one of them matters.

something else you may want to look at is changing your weapons. the two you have are quite nice but... something faster would be better. say around a delay of 20 to 22. you'll swing more (misses build agro as well as hits btw)
and if you get the faster weapons with damage of 9 or 10, your damag |

Get your dex above 100 for a start if you can. The biggest jumps for me have been in increments of 25. (100, 125, 150 etc....)
but the biggest factor that I have noticed with proc'ing weapons is the weapon itself. Some weapons go off insanely often, some barely go off at all even with dex at 25 |

Agro is such a fun subject.
Here's what I understand about it.
Every time you swing at a mob, you build agro because the damage you do is proportional to the amount of agro you get. (a miss is a swing for 0 damage, little agro, a hit for 25 is medium agro, a crit for 140 is big agro)

Str isn't that important when starting a warrior. It's one of the most easily improved stats of all.
Try putting a few points into str, the majority into sta and then the last few into agi or dex. |

I have read so many posts about how Warrior's are there to be meatshields (in a few more words than that) that it is really starting to get me depressed.
Guess what people? Warriors can do MORE than just get the stuffing beat out of them! Yes, it's true, warriors are not a one-dimensional class.

Yeah I know, it frustrates me too.
Taking a beating is what we do best. That much is true and that is our primary ability. The best way to look at it... we're the tough guys in battle who are there to protect out wimpy friends. ;)
