That fit a Wood Elf Ranger? Preferably lighter blue.
I've equipped my new ranger with all mithril (BP, arms, legs, bracers), and Tribal War Boots (which are slightly darker blue), and need blue gloves to complete the look.
I wish I could afford Mithril Gloves, but I don't have 30 K laying aro |

Since I broke into the 50's I have noticed a big jump in my bow damage. My strength is 128 ubuffed dex is 116 unbuffed. I have been getting 50% crits in the 50 range 25% in the 70's range and 10% 80's and 10% in the 90-110 range. These are utilizing summoned arrows from Tolan Bracer, 205 skill in |

Don't fear kite too much because as a ranger your defensive skills are low enough without having them watered down because you did not build them up sufficiently. I am a firm believer that solo is ok once and while but grouping is best way to learn how play a ranger effectively in a group.

Well first off Fine Plate is not an option for a ranger.
But what you could use is player crafted cultural armor, its a lite blue color, and has plate look. It may cost you a few 1000pp though and may be to light to match your mithril. |

I myself never count on procs as part of my damage during melee. Consider procs as icing. Having said that considering your weapons you have on hand I would myself use the Dragon Horn primary and icepaw offhand. The difference of 1 damage will be offset by the primary hand damage bonus. |

I would put the Long sword in your primary because your primary hits more times in a battle thatn your senondary, Therefore you will be doing more damage. But then again you better make sure that your stanima is above 115 or else thease are not the weapons for you. |

The most efficient use the the centi ls/ss combo is to have the Centi shortsword in primary , the Centi longsword if off-hand. The shortsword having a lower delay and decent damage, and neither blade has a damage bonus. Yep.

...Once stamina reaches ~100~
agility is no longer adversely affected, though the yellow bar on your screen is depleted. The only disadvantage of the empty bar is that you lose out on your ability to jump. Again, once level 100 in stamina is reached.

Since you're playing a Wood Elf, your agility is already high, and your dex and wisdom are more than adequate. And since the ranger is geared towards an offensive powerhouse, I would recommend putting all available points into strength. I'm sure some will argue that strength is the easiest trait t |

OK, go to everfrost and kill mammoths until 33 or so. You should solo, competition can get mean here so be fast, you can kill a mammoth with 10m and 30%hp if need be so keep killing. Snare, panic, kill, panic, kill...etc. Sghould make a couple pp off tusks too. I went from 29 to 34 in like 4 or |

If I had to do it over again I would have put my points in Stamina as I have found it a struggle to find equipment with stamina, right now with armor and equipment I have my stamina is at 101. I don't have that high of strength but at later levels you will find yourself grouped with druids and shama |

Put your slower high damage weapon in you offhand. As the WAK is a proc'in you cannot accurately calculate damage with this weapon. A proc should always be counted as a bonus to weapon damage. As for you dual wield when your primary hand strikes you get an secondary weapon check the higher your ski |
