You could go for a Treeweave... 25 ac 10 str. I use one of these at 51 and for the money they are the best out there. You can get one on Bertoxx for 1-1.5k and you would have some money left over to upgrade something else. |

I agree 100% on all you say. What I said in my post aboust recasting spells is only do it if you are in a lot of trouble. I said not to use DD at all in single combat if you don't have to.
You make me wonder although, is saving mana really important in a tournament? On Tallon Zek I am always |

I play on Terris-Thule btw (I'll have to add that to my signature). I think I will probably post here m |

Hi all!
OOOkay. So ive hit the evil mid 40s as a ranger,
and tragically, my powers seem to be on the wane. Ive got nice gear, but like when i hit my twenties im feeling somewhat obsolete. Im told this is the curse of every ranger till they get into their 50's. The opinion that we add little to a h |

'Fraid not, my friend. You can only increase weapon skills on mobs that will give you experience, so you must look for light blues and up. I commend you for looking to keep a variety of weapon skills up, however. Keep up the good work! |

Yea the curse of the 40 to 50 range is bad. Go to Dreadlands or Sol B to hunt. If you got good gear you will enjoy the groups and learn how to play the ranger in a group a lot better. Also it is usually FFA loot so you will get plenty of money to help you out if you want to upgrade weapons. Been the |

the easiest way to know what to put where is to just put the fastest wepon in ya main.
there are alot of theories etc etc...
but ive alternated around and putting a slower wep in ya main makes ya offhand hit slower too.
so i suggest you stick ya nice shiny lammy in primary and use the Centi L |

My best Crip with 1hs is 297,using Centi LS at lvl 50
best 2hs was 414,using a fellhammer,that was in late 40's

Although,Fear/ressist are not.

I wouldn't suggest cougars until about 35 or so. They hit hard and fast, and even at 35th when I was fighting them there were alot of resists. You can also kite along the gnoll camp and not worry about the cougar going under the ice anywhere.
Direwolves have more hp, but seem to resist less and |

It'd be possible but expensive. The problem is that the better arrows give better damage, and cost alot more per shot. I do about 35 average damage with a 3 damage arrow, and crits go up to 52 with most being 47. I do about 55 average with an 8 damage arrow, and crits go up to 87 with an average |

Clarification: Snow Cougars are extremely easy at 35, but that's when I stopped doing them and moved over to Dire Wolves. You get your new spells at 39, which include Healing, Bramblecoat (the self only damage shield), Call of SKY (whoops, I meant Sky not Earth - the one that adds the 35 dd/knockb |

I agree with Rauvin on hunting locations. If you are into grouping SolB is good for decent experience and to make some good PP. By far I have found DL to be the best hunting location from 40-50. This zone is packed with different creatures that continuously spawn. If you get a good group you can eas |
