I wonder what my fellow highly esteemed Rangers feel about our portion of the system. Since playing the Warrior/Druid Hybrid, I asked myself "When are we going to get our turn at a unique ability? We can't Lay of Hands and we can't Harm Touch" now we have this system. Do you feel we hav |

Well if you really think about it... Rangers do have an unique ability. We have track which you might say other classes have(druid, bard) but we have the highest skill level in it and get it at level 1. Paladins and Shadow Knights do not get the ability to duel weild, we do. They also cannot do crit |

I have both a Ranger and a Beastlord and I love them both for their abilities. However I do like my Ranger more. Its not in ONE particuliar skill or ability that makes them unique but their combination of skills that makes them IMHO a very good class. Sometimes I regret their lack ability to be a |

Hi folks. I really appreciate all of the insight this forum has provided me. I couldn't have made it this far without all of you. I have a ranger of the 27h circle and my question is: should rangers use 2hs and 2hb weapons for combat? i have both and piercing trained to about 90 now, but my 1hs i |

Can anyone tell me how they use force of nature? I can hardly get it to stack with anything.. Doesn't stack with CoE.. and I think I had trouble with it with SoN and even wolf form I think.. But I don't remeber all that clearly so I'm going to check it out right now..

I have seen someone try to get on the boat to FP from BB on horse without any luck. So that may be an indication that horses cant get on boats. Perhaps this follows the same logic that spells cant be used on boats. Just a thought.

How did u come to the conclusion that the armor was for your pets and did you take it out of the bag or just give the whole bag to them? Never thought of giving it to my pet but I will check it out.

DEFINATELY keep all your weapons skills up there! I fell into the "Rangers only need 1HS" trap, and only found out otherwise around level 30. I took FOREVER and a few precious training points to get my piercing to a decent level, and now I'm trying to work up my 2HS from nothing at level |

I work all my melee skills. When I had the chance to get the Swarmcaller it was nice to be able to whip it out and make my group go wow with double hits of 88 followed by a single hit for 124 and proc of Call of Sky. On my first Plane of Hate raid with my shaman strength buff I hit for double of 101 |

Depends on what you mean by "passed up". You won't hit as hard or take as many hits (meaning clerics will have to heal you more often), so you'd be more of a nuisance, but outside of that, you are still a warrior and as long as you keep monsters aggro'd on you, you're doing your job. |

At the top end gear makes all the difference, so basically a halfling warrior is as good as any other warrior despite what these guys say. The diffence between your hps and theirs is not that great at the top end probably not much more than 200hps depending on gear. |

/agree with all. I do not know what we need 2 HB for though. That is the one I have not kept up[ in. I am currently using a 1 HB and it helps keep aggro down when I hit with it due to low skill I have in it. My 1 HS is maxxed out and I am currently working on 1 HB and 2 HS when in groups. I like the Alt Advancement system it is very unique for all the class's and I think us Rangers will beenfit from it in a greaty way. Like it was sadi earlier no 2 Rangers will be the same and that is a bonus in my book. So I think the Alt Advance system is going to be a very helpful piece. IMHO that |

For a 2hs option you have a few choices. Swarmcaller, as mentioned above is a great 2hs with a nice proc. An Arbitors Combine Greatsword is also a good choice for boosting up your wisdom and mana (30/43 +15 wis +25 mana). Another weapon that is often overlooked is the Silver Swiftblade. I know most |
