What weapons you have now? The reason I ask is cuz, your getting closer to the point where you can get better weapons for yourself, no need to spend the coin if your weapons are sufficient till then. |

In addition to receiving the "sitting" rate for hp regeneration while on the horse, you also receive the meditating rate for regeneration of lost mana while on the horse (as long as you are 35+). |

Remember, Yumien, until mid-30's you will do more damage with a good two-hander, than you will with two 1handers. If youspend the same money on a single 2hs, you will be able to use it to great effect until at lease mid-30's, as opposed to 2 1hs. |

Kayzar,
I'd suggest picking up a few items that are pretty easy at your level.
As Christo stated, you can do the iceclad quests (the cougarskin mask is particularly easy).
Go to Everfrost and take Martar's cloak (cloak of the ice bear).
Check out Mistmoore and kill a few deathly ushers to take |

I've been reading several post on several different boards and it seems that the time has come for Verant to sit down and take time to think about where the EQ world is heading in the future. First, many of the problems being discussed about mages have their roots in playing style: solo vrs group. |

To Tavaris above.... When you reach level 30 you should be able to afford a wurmslayer... SSOY would be a decent offhand weapon to see you to your 40's. But you cannot duel weild Sword of Skyfire and Wurmslayer, they are both primary only weapons.
As for the proc on the Sword of Skyfire... With |

1HS - Centi Shortsword, Icetooth Claws, yak, and now I'm going to try these new Stormfeather Talons I got today. Solo'd the bird, blue at 35. What I use depends on the situation... Centi and Yak with firefist yields a few 37-42 point hits against the cougars in Iceclad. |

Greetings and Salutations All!
I am hoping for a little advice. Currently I am wearing in the wrist slots one Ivy Etched Bracer, and one Bracer of Erollisi. I was wondering if I should get the second Ivy Bracer or leave things as they are.
While the Ivy has more AC (9 vs 5), and is green (to m |

Well first off it depends on what you have to work with. On my server(Bertoxx), Ivy etched and bracer or Erollisi both sell for 50-100pp. If you have the cash I would go for a Bracer of Scavenging (9ac +5 Dex +5 Sta), which sells for 250-300pp.
Now if you only have the funds to get Ivy or Erolli |

Well Rauvin,
I would sell both your current weapons. You should be able to come up with around 1700-1800pp. I would recommend a Short Sword of the Ykesha and a Dragon Horn Ykesha. The procs should work nicely for you and they are both around 700-900pp.
Good Luck=)

The Tox Forest is bar none the nastiest newbie zone in the game. Visibility is bad, you WILL get lost, and several powerful (to newbies) and aggressive mobs wander through the zone, sometimes coming very near the guard area.
If you stick with it, it will toughen you up, you will finally master / |

I agree with the AC is king, rule of thumb I use is if the item is 1AC higher than what I currently have but I get 5 or better stat boost from current item then I keep the stat item. If you have about 750pp-1kpp to spend you could pick up a Hero Bracer 9AC 10Str 5vs disease and poison. |

There have been several posts from others wondering if a ranger would be a good class to play. Here is my response.
Each class has it benefits and drawbacks as we all know. What makes a character however isn't what class it is but how it is played. I decided when I created Jimma what type of R |

You will still proc Ykesha in your offhand. Though doing calculations on average damage your Ice Tooth claws aren' |

All soloing for a ranger is typically done outdoors.
