| The best way to control agro is not to snare till the end of fight, not chain casting your DD, and use a weapon without a proc or use a slower weapon. This is at lower levels. If you gain agro just turn off auto attack and step back. Much better to control agro rather than trying to lose agro. | ||||

| Ok, well I am just going to reiterate on what these people all have said. IMO, you do not want to use root unless you need to crowd control. | I've been reading the posts here and want to give my 3cp. I have a level 51 Warrior. I often group with a 45 Ranger. Because of her, I made my own Ranger. Why? Well, they are a great fighter, get SoW, have snare, plus all the other neat spells, can track and forage, and do so many different things! | ||||

| I really wouldn't recommend announcing nukes, DS's, pet attacks, etc. In my experiance as a mage I have found that the tanks do not care exactly when I do the damage as long as I do it and don't spam them so they don't miss important information. | ||||

| Honestly, as far as soloing goes, I found those spots to be the best for picking up coin. However get a good enough group you can start hunting Hill Giants in Rathe Mts. I hunted there for an hour and a bit with some friends and made a couple hundred plat off drops alone. Not to mention good XP f | ||||
