| Depends on whether you are able to group or not. If you want to get on the exp train, go to DL and get in a group. If you want to solo a bit, try EW, (or GD) and fear kite animals. There are probably a few other good places, but that is where I spent most of my 40 to 45 time. I cannot help you w | ||||

| I totally with you on that. I am so tired of newbies asking that question. I never asked it when I was a newbie, I tested all the pets out for myself. Having a variety of pets is what makes the magician so fun to play. So go out and play the game yourself, and not play it by being lead through it. | ||||

| I don't think we can overcome the advantage the warrior has with his better AC parry and dodge as a main tank. STA does not make that big of difference in your hps to be able to tank a mob that quads for 250. If you look at you warriors hps you will see that he has more hps than a ranger of the same | ||||

| The only reason you probably could not get a group as 50th ranger is because you were probably not good at playing one. I know many high level rangers that go on uber raids. I have never been denied because I was a ranger. So if you had a hard time its probably your reputation proceeded you. | ||||

| I have to agree with Vindicarre. The PGT was my weapon of choice, from levels 5 (it was a random gift) through til about 17. The reason why? | Thorsman. If you want to solo - do not pick a ranger! Rangers are possibly the worst fighter class for soloing, because of two things. Our AC and HP will never measure up to a warrior's. And our heal spells -suck-. At level 20 you will have to cast your best heal spell about 20 times to heal you fr | ||||
