Cab Scale is Iksar only, so I wouldn't worry about it. Cab scale is basically an upgrade to banded for Iksar as we are a non plate wearing class. |

There has been some recent talk about using or not using two hand weapons. And which melee class does the most damage... and so on. The following is my coments on these subjects

Really, no, that is not twinking. Your knowledge of the game is extreme in the areas of trading. What you have done is the closest that one can get to being a Merchant PC in EQ. |

There are a few things to remember about rasing skills, any skill. The more often you do it the faster your skill will go up. The hardest part is learning the skill not mastering it. In other words getting any skill from 1 to 20 is the slowest part.
What does this all mean for rasing melee s |

Int and Wis are the primary(excluding ogres) for skill advancement. whichever is higher is used. I suggest not spending so much on smithing at this point if you are at 80 wis. you will not raise your skill very well. casters sadly are better at this than melee for the obviuos reasons. Weapon skills speed up as you get bigger and when the levels take a bit longer.
Warriors level very quickly up to level 20ish when the rate of HP return starts to slow down.
During the first few levels weapon skills have trouble keeping up with the rate of leveling, but in your high teens |

As an alternative to fear kiting you may want to try a few dungons. At lvl 40 I split my time between several areas and I found that the dungon exp. modifier can really help push you through the hell levels. Some of the areas that I found worked very well when I was 40 were Sol B (common camps being |

I play a cleric and must say that as long as the ranger stays aside and lets a pally/warrior get hit on and does not draw too much aggro i'm fine w/ them. When they get spell happy and start drawing aggro i say let em die and rez them later. more mana effecient that way :)
Just my opion :) |

Velious is good, but I prefer Stonebrunt for several reasons
1) You are the perfect character for this zone. Better track than druids. Fear. SoW to outrun adds. Healing. Hide to help with medding. The list really does go on.
2) Excellent loot potential. Pandas drop insane cash in the form of gems |

Too me that is not twinking that is using the game and what it provides for you to your benefit. As of 39 Ranger I do not have all the armor I want so I am buying trading and selling what I have to get it. I may get better items then what my level can get, but I am getting it through available means |

I would have to agree with Ravenmoor been in Great divide for so long fear kiting the Drakkels that it is worth it. You can even get into groups over at the Kodiak Caves and pick up Icetooths Claws. Pretty decent 1HS weapon. Also you gert about 1/2 blue for every wolf you kill. I am 39 and have been |

AC is king for Rangers, speaking as a 45 ranger myself. I don't have a treeweave yet, but if I did I would use it over Ivy anyday. Currently I use either a Mithril BP or a Rygor Battlemail depending on if I want to be more defensive or offensive. If I had a treeweave I'd use it instead of Rygor, s |

I don't know if anyone else agrees, but the Wurmslayer really doesn't appeal to me. It's too slow, and it's too heavy. From what I understand a slow weapon, no matter now high the damage is, won't maintain the aggro as well as a fast weapon, and since my job as a tank is to keep the mobs off of th |
