| Hi im a 27th Ranger (1st guy on EQ) ,wondering where i can look for ivy items such as boos,bracers etc (have the tunic already),where can one also hunt for magic crested helm AC10 (+ to some stats)...also any recommendations for a good bladed wepawoudl be nice (i use black alloy longsword now). | ||||

| AC means "armor class"... The more AC the less you get hit and the less dmg you take when u are being hit... hope this helps :) | ||||

| Hail All Rangers, I know tracking can be a slow level up. Put a point into when you train next, I spent a few points and I was able to keep it maxed after about 12 levels or so. Click it often, I made a extra hot key on the left side so I can Track and Sense Heading while sitting, medding, etc. T | ||||

| The point of the low-level spells ISN'T to make you 'uber' or 'god'. They are precursers to spells that WILL allow you to outdamage most other melee classes. Had to hunta bit for a Ward Summoned Spell, found it in Cleric guild, may it was in Druid guild, just did not see it. You can look up what other classes have spells and check their respec | ||||

| To answer your question, 2HS is definately worth working on. Rangers can solo fairly easily to their 30's, maybe higher, but at some stage you will need to group and using a 2HS will lessen your aggro on the MOBs and save the healer's mana (and probably your life). | If you can afford the transportation costs, I would recommend the Warrens at level 7, especially if you like the dungeon action. Great loot, exciting trains, mean kobolds. | I concur, I work 1hs,1hb, piercing and 2hs along with archery. I need to actually work on 2hb cuz Natures Wrath rocks. I also don't use Wurmy for the same reason as it is slow and a stamina sapper. But it would be beneficial to use, if you want to keep your agro down when grouped with a warrior. I | ||||
