| yea don't forget that monks and warriors cant root. Root is great for geting mobs off casters. Its also funny to be in runnyeye and hunting the lord or battle wiz. the group without a ranger or a druid will loose the spawn 95% of the time beacuse they dont have track! track rules. | You shouldn't read the forums in expanded form. It takes up too much space. Go tot he top of the screen where it says forum prefrences. Then go to the spot that will probably say 'always expand' right now, and change it to 'never expand'. It works a lot better that way. Former EQ Addict. | ||||

| personnly i like talioring you can get pelts easy and the patterns dont cost much the only problem is the silks, but thats easy too. Plus it can get you some good armor that you wouldnt have otherwise( i dont know if this sad or not but im proud of my raw silk armor at lv11) | ||||

| I have found that, when you hit 16, if you put on practice point into research it will max out your skills. I think it takes a few more points once you hit 20, but once your research skill is maxed out you don't get any mess ups and you don't have to waste the hours you just spent running around fi | ||||

| i wish i heard all of the posts ealier i traded in my lvl 11 ranger for a pally which im currently on lvl 16 with him.I wanted a tanker who can cast and take damage hearing about rangers aren't that good in getting smacked around.But they do have good spells and abilities like track and forage also | ||||

| At 39 you got pleanty of good spots to pick from depending on what you want. Overthere is good up to 41. You can find a group really fast, the exp is good and you will be one of the highest lvl people there so it is safe. I did lvl 40 there easily. Dreadlands is good exp but you will be the lo | ||||

| I have not had a lot of sucess soloing and the time healing and medding after a solo kill is pretty standard. Just remember your man regens faster then HP's so blow 95% of it before meleeing (save a bit for one last sow or root if you have to run). Use every spell you can to it's best advantage beca | ||||

| A ranger IS a tank. They have the same attacking power as a warrior (except in the types of weapons they can use) but there armour means they get beaten a lot.
