One of the best kept soloing places for a high 20's Ranger is Iceclad. The Snow Cougars are ripe for the picking, as long as you play it smart. Here are a few things I learned....
1.) ALWAYS keep them SNARED.
2.) As often as you can, get a SoW before you hunt.
3.) Panic Animal is your friend |

Okay, by request I'll give some more input into these levels. The early stages of your character are important, but primarily there are probably dozens of ways to do these levels per starting town and it's usually pretty basic. Until after 10, almost any class can be soloing, mages soloing to 10 i |

Trades for Wizards? |

I have been searching for answers to see if there are any good trades for wizards. I'm 16th level and haven't put a bit into any trades because none seem suited to us. Jewelry sounds nice but you need Enchanter skills. Pottery, cooking, tailoring seem pretty limited. Blacksmithing is great for tanks |

We are setting up a raid for our low levels (17-25ish), mostly to find some good equipment for our clerics, enchanters, mages and wizards of that level. Most of our guild is made up of melee typs and druids, so we don't know where to take them.
I would love some suggestions on any zones to take |

Cougers are good. However I suggest actually getting to Eastern Waste and pull them near the foot of the bridge there. This way you have a zone line close by if you get over your head. Right at the Easter Waste zone you have cougers, dire wolves, mammouths, and bears (all animals). Your panic an |

If I remember correctly I fought in Oasis along the Orc Highway until about 16 or 17 then it was off to the Karanas for exploration and bird killing. Did that until about 20 or 21 then went to Lake Rathe to solo for a bit and then headed to High Keep until 30. |

All depends on if DoT's are used. I'm at 41 now and can beat any necro up to level 45 as long as he doesn't use DoTs. Hands down, our pet is better than theres, i just can't wait to get my next set at 44! |

1HP is a great complimenet to 1HS, I would definatly get that up. 2HS has some awesome weapons available, but I, like you, have chose to focus on 1HS, and 1HP. We rangers will never be main tanks at higher levels so we wont want to deal massive amounts of damage at one time, we'll want to deal alot |

When you start dual wielding you need to get the fastest weapon that you can in your primary hand. There is only a dual wield check when you swing with your primary hand. If you have a slow weapon you will not get as many chances to get the dual check. Bladed Thulian Claw is excellent for this. Does |
