I am a woodelf ranger I am at the moment carrying banded armor but am looking for something better. My friend said not to make a ranger because they could not carry plate armor that would not bother me if I could find some better armor. I am also wondering how I can raise my armor class |

I have never once camped a mob for pp but have made enough money to twink out two characters with over 10k pp each of goodies. The way I did it simple... (and just as boring as camping a mob) I sat in Gbay and watched the auctions. Watched the shouts for price checks, took notes. Got a feel for the |

I use banded myself, It look so great. The weight isnt much considering my barb warrior has 152 str. Its not just a bonus of 11ac, since your a warrior you get a bonus. my bronze Bp adds 37 ac unlike banded mail only adds 28
So go for the bronze, cuz its gonna be a while for my dyed fine plate muah |

IYHO, what are the top five soloing classes in the game? I know a lot depends on the players but I am going from the assumption that the players are equally experienced. Thanks. |

I picked a Gnome, and still feel that it is the best race. The previously mentioned reason are the most valid, but Gnomes are SHORT! I can run under almost every root in Innothule Swamp, and because of the perspective being close to the ground, you feel like you are running faster. =) |

Ranger Or Rogue? |

I have a lvl7 Halfling Rogue, but I've been looking over the Ranger. I love bows, and I really want to be able to cast spells when I get to a higher lvl, so should I start a Ranger for the heck of it? If so, what race and what should I do with the stats? Thanks! |

Its hard to say the top five soloing classes. In my mind there is a top 7 to the soloing classes. It’s a bit too hard to put into a top 5.
In no particular order, here are the 7 classes that I think are the best soloers:
Bards
Necromancers
Magicians
Enchanters
Druids
Shaman
Wizard |

Well to tell you the truth a ranger is as good as the player behind the comp. all rangers have the same spells and skills. Its just how you use them. Rogues are the same. I my self have a 45 rogue and a 46 ranger. I like playing them both. but if i had to make a choice. It would be the ranger. becus |

Don't hunt wisps there. Either hunt them in qeynos hills, (you are a ranger so track is a beautiful thing). Better yet catch the boat from qeynos to Wisp Island (Eruds crossing) and kill wisps there!! Both are safer than hunting wisps in the Karanas. Just be carful on wisp island as it's small a |

Ive found in PvP stats make no difference.
Im a level 37 troll warrior on Rallos and I find the main thing about PvP is your class.
As a troll warrior you are going to take a major kicking in PvP at low levels but things will improve.
A Troll warrior is absolutly lethal in dungeon PvP, the caster |

Yeah the race isnt that important but I think you are wrong when you say there is no best race. A troll warrior is clearly better than a human as a human cannot dual wield and interupt casters at the same time.
Also a major benefit of the ogre warrior is that they cannot be stunned from the front |

Yah, does depend on the level but IMHO for Rogue and Rangers where dexterity is KEY, I would look to obtain a weapon that has a 'proc'.
I'm lucky enough to be able to dual wield two weapons that proc and I don't know that i could ever settle for one that doesn't anymore...it would have to have an |

I would tend to agrre that yes a troll or orgre warrior is better than human, however not because they cannot bash and interrupt casters because all small races can while dual wielding. Simply by hot keying the off hand and an inventory slot with a shield in it. Just replace the weapon with the sh |
