| The above mentioned zones are really great for level 15. Oasis, especially is really great exp at that time. However, I agree that it is an awkward age and soloing can be very very slow. | Yes, and you won't like it. Velium weapons process somewhere between level 20-25 depending on the type of weapon (things like rapiers and spears proc lower, swords proc around 25). | The closest place I know of for you to get this spell is in the Kelethin Druid guild. It is probably not worth the walk for about 10 ATK. I reccommend waiting until you pass near there (or any of the other guilds). | ||||
