up, though it is one of the skills you start with at level 1, if you do not
spend at least one training point in it first. (most skills you gain acce |

Up to at least 40th level the ranger can easily survive with a good mix of stat items at the expense of some AC. However after 45, and anywhere in Kunark after about 30, AC is by far THE most important thing to consider when wearing an item. The Ivy Etched Armor takes a bad rap sometimes but it is w |

Far far too many wizards just don't seem to know how to play in a group. I'm goin to tell you how. You are the final resort. You are the one who gets the kill. Whatever you do, don't feel you have to blast away at the Mob just because the fighters are hitting away at it. Nothing is more annoyin |

The BEST way to play a wiz from ground up...From 1-9, solo...find a spot with blues near a safe place to med, root, burn, rinse, repeat...
At 10, the mob hp start going up, and you end up wasting too much time running for zones with the root routine. You need a friend. Just one. Go to a popula |

Not only is the Gnome an effective warrior, but thery are darn fun to RP. Being the smallest player in your group, yet being the only tank too, can make for some great chatter. Plus, if you get your hands on a nice weapon, you can talk all kinds of smack to those big 'uns.

Well, here's just my little bit of PVP strategy that hasn't been covered yet:
1. Invis/hide: Yeah, it's pretty cheap, but it works wonders to invis then run like hell after awhile...know why? You can wear out casters if your resistances are high enough by fighting/running/medding, as well as runn |

Wrong??? You say I am wrong about 1HS being a better taunt than a 2HS because of the delay? I am correct buddy, why don't you go do some research before you point your finger at someone you "belive" to be in the wrong. Then come back and tell us some things you "know". |

Wis is nice, but we are not a casting class by nature, even though we get some decent spells later on in life (thank god for SOW). Agil helps with more than just ac (mine is 139 at all times, and I cant see a big diff in ac). Str is essential to a ranger, higher your attack, the more dmg you do (get |

Best armor, for any class, is largely dependant upon personal preference and situation. What you want for normal fighting is usually int, up to 200, and then mana. But if you're going on a Nagafen raid, sacrificing a few of that for some FR might not be a bad idea. (Lets see... 55 mana from my plati |

WEll... Most likely you are one of the relatively weaker races, and unless you put all your points into str you will have problems.
Some races can wear both medium and large, others small and medium, others only 1 type, the large the type of armor the more it weighs. Check the tailoring informati |

the last guy was right about tracking working by detecting a mob that has just spawned.and the only time your tracking fails is if your target has died, you are near a hill(it just gets to be impossible to track on a hill) or if you just take a long time tracking a mob |

At your level (I am assuming in the mid-late teens if you are doing the bandits in WK) those druids are just plain nasty! I remember fighting those and it generally was not a good idea to solo them, a friendly druid/cleric/shaman for heals is the best bet, because then you can wade in and not have |

I have to agree. 1hb is a max dam item for a wiz and that is needed in tight situations. i have never seen a peircing weapon equal the damage a one hand will do.also you need the second hand slot open for the stiens or other such mana spell enhanceing effects. my 2 cents. |
