They need to make this Pal/SK, and Secondary Back slots .. just so all the casters dont get the wrong idea and think they own this shield :D

Yeah I think they should raise the stat cap and/or decrease the stats on gear (while keeping HP/mana/End the same).
At least that way the stats are ... |
