| Just picked it up about 20 mins ago. The door wasn't locked. Make sure you to into the Inn area, then up the ramp to the 'balcony' above, then turn down that hall. The 2nd door on your right is the correct one. | ||||

| Charm shows stats on its own at 8turn ins. Gets 2nd upgrade at 15 turn ins. You have to unequip the charm and reequip it to see stat increase. | ||||
