| Ok, folks time to gather mission and not make level 10. If you make level 10 you can't get missions in the trade district and that zone is prefect for gathering mission tokens fast. Set the dificulty to the minimum and /terminate before you make 10th. Imagine a 9th level character with the 4th level | ||||

| Only one problem about doing that though.. you can't wear the silly thing ;) the second ribbon alone requires Title Level 2. (15) And, while Im not quite done with Triple Ribbon yet, I'm quite sure it will take Title Level 3. (50?) And, the 4th ribbon will take Title Level 4 (100) | ||||

| I forsee many many logic errors associated with their intent for the encumbrance stuff. Let's say I were to equip a 35 pound rifle. That is a disadvantage of the weapon. But...once I equip it, then I am no longer encumbered. Odd. | ||||

In AO, I think the idea of encumberance refers to the myriad of items you are carrying in pockets/strapped to your clothes/etc. Lets say I had the rifle strapped to my back, it would cause discomfort and make performing certain actions difficult. | umm I get trade district missions sometimes at level 15 (mid difficulty) its just I have to try it a couple times (its not 100% trade missions, more like 2 in 8 missions = trade) if I set it to 75% difficulty I get NO trade missions (unless I do the expando box and set it to the opposite of hid | ||||

| Dont use the charges its expendable, youll have your little fun then your best range slot item in the game for tanks will disapear. Dont even use one you never know when you might accidently click it again this effect was put here for cruelty, I can not think of a time when i would want to use it. | ||||

The 3rd level ribbon you need L15, the 4th you need 50(i think..) the 5th you need 50 or 75, the 6th needs 100(but noone knows more than the 6th, 6 | ||||
