| The proc creates bone fragments, which are necessary for the Penance quest to reclaim lost Iksar newbie items. Of course the weapon is terrible, the quest is punishment for losing your newbie item. | ||||

| Hum..Ancient Seahorsehide Cloak is 20ac +25hp and goes for around 20k..so maybe the fact that it's a shield is driving up the price, or the races/classes allowed that arn't alowed on the Seahorse cloak, but 30k seems high to me..it could also be that Xev is a poor server, but whatever! | This is so funny! Very very funny way for people who lost their newbie item to get it back. Very fitting in a psudeo roleplaying sense to have to try and get a 60 delay hammer to proc 54 times to get enough bone powder to get your newbie item back. *laugh* Good work Verant, talk about punishment! | ||||

| Please correct me if I'm wrong, but a "triggered" proc is right-click for effect. There is no need of DEX, just time and patience. If it was a "random" proc, then you'd need high DEX and a buttload of MOBs to get it to proc this many times. So, is it "triggered" or is it "random"? For punish | ||||

There is a big hle in the side of it too to climb thru to get out, Moosh the gaurd is arrgo to everyone there and he carries the key if you can't figure out how to climb thru it.
