| I got this weapon as a gift from a higher level player, and i sometimes get a message "your will is not strong enough to wield this weapon". Or something close to that. I'm a 6th lvl iskar monk, and i can hit with it. does this refer to the effect?? | ||||

| I dual wield these and as soon as I hit 25 they started proc'ing like mad! I get between 5 and 10 procs per fight! Awesome weps for dueling. | ||||

| This is a great weapon for barbarian rogues. For them the wait is not an issue and they drop in bb. with a damage of 5 it is great for backstabing, and with a delay of 27 has a good ratio | ||||

| "Your will is not strong enough to command this weapon" refers to the weapon's proc, in this case "Screaming Mace". I have never used the weapon but the description says the proc is +10 to strength. Once you achieve your 10th season you should be able to get the weapon to proc. | ||||
