This is most likely due to a couple of things. It depends on what you have in the bag. You might have some food items in there that increase your stats and when equip or unequip the bag it will affect your stats. Secondly you might have a ton of stuff in the bag that affects your encumberence and wh |

Well, I don't know about all the soloing. Monks are ok soloers at best. Compared to your necros and druids, its not even comparable. After 60, soloing is absolutely pointless with even the best gear. Even as far as melee classes go, rangers solo best from my personal experience. |

Well Beemo, I agree at high levels rangers are one of the top soloers. From my personal experience, based on the spell Terrify, (Necros are the best soloers in the 60s). What I meant to get to was monks with some way of healing when mend is down (whether it be bandages, invorgate effect, or someone |

"Rare" depends on how long you're there. I was there in FV for four days (probably about 15 hours of real time) questing for Wurmslayer. With 130ish ranks of Forage, I ended up with, oh, about 8-10 roses. I started throwing them on the ground after the fifth one, so I'm not exactly sure ho |

Under 60, monks still make a viable solo class but it generally requires lots of bandages, maybe a fungi, and a decent weapon that can proc stun. Once you hit the PoP type zones or higher lvl Luclin zones, soloing dark blue cons just isn't as efficient. I see enchanters, necros, druids, rangers, m |

Pre-PoP, only BBB can rival this one. A case *can* be made for Goldenrod, but even then it is shaky.
DPS on this vs BBB will probably be higher on this weapon, but BBB should make you tank better. Picking which is better is probably splitting hairs indeed.

I know +3 AC in the ear slot isn't very special but is this effect make the earing worth 5kpp?

Monks were never the best soloers. Necromancers were alwayst the best, followed by Druids and Bards. Now Beastlords seem to be moving up the list. Any class that can quad kite is a better soloer than a monk. Thats not to say monks are bad soloers. They are better at it than any of the other clas |

I have to agree. I play a rogue and a monk (and a bard). I keep the rogue up now so my guild has someone to pick locks in CoM or Chardok. I play the bard a lot and the monk occasionally. I have been experimenting with other classes with an eye towards soloing more. Casters got the lion's share o |
