| IT has been said that yo would get the Skill of your curent level, and I have also heard +1, or +2 levels, But I know for a fact that if you DeLev from 40 to 20 your skills son't be any where near 200. | The Deepwater Helm effect is Daring. You need to have it equiped and you have to be at least 45th level. It is a slow casting but manaless buff that can be used for healing. It is only about 90 hit points (I forget exactly) and you can't have on a better buff of that type. Edited, W | ||||

| This comment can be expanded to balancing of all non-caster classes. What does KEI do for a rogue, monk, or warrior? It literally gives the game away for casters there is no equivalent way to increase damage output for non-casters. Every addition adds 2 new spells for casters what about non-casters | ||||

| Hate to differ, maybe your recipe works also but the recipe I use to make Paeala Tannin for Acrylia tailoring involves Paeala BARK and water in a brew barrel, not Sap. I havent used this sap myself so I cannot say for sure that it won't work for tannin but I doubt it, I am sure the bark and water d | ||||

| From what I understand Chester is behind a hidden wall by the lighthouse. He is surrounded by 4 guards. I would assume the rest of the quest will give you the other spell. | I didnt see this veil when I was flagged for PoV/PoS, but picked it up in Bazaar for 1.5K - a pretty decent twink item for my 44 iksar monk. Monky cannot enjoy the full benefits of the veil just yet, but it is still worth wearing and well worth the plat it cost. | ||||
