| It's real. The effect is just flagged incorrectly as "combat" instead of "worn." All "combat" effects are procs so that flag only applies to weapons. | ||||

| well.. seeing as pure casters cant even use the thing.. it goes with out saying that the (combat) flag is for real. Any of the listed classes able to use this will benefit greatly by having this on while in combat. theres lots of pally combat spells.. the yaulp line is one of em, and with this mask | ||||

| Be careful practicing on NPCs. I did intimidation on Boomba, a Freeport Vendor, and it worked too well. Boomba went running and the guards came at me with a real bad attitude. | ||||

| IF you really want to get him to spawn, go to the two ruins at 1455, 2316. There are 3 gobs in each ruin. Kill the goblin spawns, which are 5 minutes. He will spawn on every 3rd cycle in one of the ruins, which is every 15 minutes. I had to kill him about 10 times before he dropped the shrunken go | ||||
