| Just tried this at 37 last night and he said he'd hold it for someone more worthy. Gave me the gem and ore back but kept the 500pp. What gives? | Alas, it's not an oversight. Half Elves are hybrids of Humans and Tier'Dal, not Koada'Dal. It is our human halves that make us able to play paladins. That said, I do wish we could make Koada'Dal cultural armor. We still are part of the culture, in many cases, even if we aren't fully accepted. | ||||

| The recipe is posted on www.eqtraders.com it's under cultural smithing for humans. There are several types of this armour depending on the imbued gem you use to make it. Hope this helps =) | ||||

| I read in Safehouse that the quest was altered as of the last major patch (may 8th patch?) and the new requirement is that you be level 40 or higher to hand the stuff in. Hope that helps. The other person who discovered this said a GM was kind enough to return his or her items. -- Thanks. | ||||
